But… but you’ve only just finished baking for Christmas! They do look delicious though!
I know what you mean Magdalen. I sat last night thinking “I need to start making or buying my Valentines already ( I have to mail most of mine)” I can’t believe I have to get started on that all ready.
Jill!
Is that picture new or old? Short hair? Not bad looking but I have always admired your beautiful long hair with the bangs.
The Lord bless you,
Elodie(el-uh-dee)
It is an older picture. I have had short hair once in awhile over the years but mostly I keep my hair long although years ago for many year I wore it much longer than I do now.
……and I did want a recipe for strawberry mousse!
What temp do you bake the sugar cookies at?
Sorry about that Debbie it is 350 degrees.
Does the gumdrops need to be refrigerated of left out
No they don’t need to be refrigerated just stored in an air tight container
You’re recipes always look fabulous
Thank you so much Rachelle!
God bless you all. I really appreciate all of the recipes. To say the least. Lord knows our hearts.
Amy thank you so much for letting us know.
Am thinking of making the gum drops and wondered whether other canned fruit would work as well i.e. cherries, raspberries? If I decided to use fresh fruit ie strawberries, oranges, I think I would need some liquid. What would you suggest?
Yes you can use canned fruit but you need to puree it before you use it. As far as needing extra liquid for fresh fruit I would think if when it is puree if it is the same consistency as applesauce you probably wouldn’t need to add extra liquid. If you are unsure just make a half of the recipe and see what happens.
I wanted a recipe for chocolate and white covered strawberries. Love them but didn’t want to pay 12.00 at my groceries store

You are welcome Pat and thank you.
