    I watched your video about the creamy garlic salad today. I can’t wait to make it for my husband! We LOVE your cookbook! Even my picky 15 year old son loves most of the recipes. Thank you for all you do!

    Jill, I just made this Garlic Salad and it is so good!! I think I might have made too much though. Can I freeze some? I was thinking no due to the mayo. Thanks so much! I’m loving this book. Cat Lover

      No you can’t freeze this salad I am afraid. It is one of those dishes you need to eat right away or the very next day. Sorry.

    Not that crazy about celery. How is it with half carrots and half cabbage instead of celery?

      that would be fine.It won’t get as fine texture but would work.
