- Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cup sugar
3 carrots, shredded
1 small head cabbage, shredded
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the sugar to make the dressing.
- Mix the cabbage and carrots together in a separate bowl.
- Add the dressing to the cabbage and carrots just before serving. Serves 8.
Notes
The dressing can be made in advance and stored in a separate container in the refrigerator.
