Pink Passion Pie Recipe

This pretty and delicious pie recipe could be a fun treat for so many occasions – Valentine’s Day, a little girl’s birthday party or a baby shower!

Pink Passion Pie Recipe

1 graham cracker pie crust

Filling:

1 (8 0z.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 small packs of unsweetened Pink Lemonade Drink Mix (Kool-Aid)

Topping:

1 (8 oz.) tub whipped topping
shredded coconut
red or pink food coloring

Beat filling ingredients until fluffy and pour into the pie crust. Chill while making the topping. For the topping, place 1/2-1 cup of coconut in a container with a couple of drops of pink or red food coloring. Shake well. If you’re using red only, use 1-2 drops. Spread whipped topping on top of the pie filling. Then sprinkle with coconut. Chill until firm – a couple of hours.

My local Kroger was selling the pink “Kool-Aid” packets for 5 cents each and graham cracker crumbs for 59 or 69 cents and cream cheese for $1. It is too bad that I did not see the recipe before I ventured out to stock up before the storm. I bought all the drink packets but passed on the other items…. Oh well, the drink packets will keep.
