Peanut Butter Parfaits

1/2 cup peanut butter
Chopped chocolate

Fold peanut butter into whipped topping. Then layer in parfait glasses with chocolate. You could also add some chopped peanuts and chocolate syrup.

Don has a sweet tooth and diabetes.
the toffee I can modify with splenda brown sugar but with his false teeth not sure he would enjoy that like he used to.
the peanut butter parfait sound good and could be done more the size of candy instead of a dessert.
the others with the powdered sugar I don’t think I could get them to freeze right.
    but I might try.
any chocolate peanut butter type things that could be modified with sweeteners like brown sugar would be greatly appreciated.
I am not a sweets eater and have no imagination.
