This year, I made the candied stirring spoons that you suggested on this site a few weeks back. You know, the ones that are dipped in chocolate and then have goodies or marshmallows added to them, and are then individually wrapped. They were easy, elegant, inexpensive and just special enough for Christmas. I bet they would be perfect with a batch of your gourmet coffee mixes for a nice adult Christmas gift, without risking a sugar overload. Thank you for your ideas, recipes and all the feedback from everyone.

Hadn’t though of using these as a gift! Great idea Mary Jane! Aren’t our fellow readers clever and helpful?!

Another gift for the person with everything is an experience. Play “That game” with them. Take them to see a movie or watch a favorite show with them. If they like kids, bright them. If not don’t. Either way ask, because they may have a headache that day.

Did you pour the liquid into a can of coffee? Does it not get clumpy? Thank you.

I know you were asking Sherry about this but in case she doesn’t get you answered it probably doesn’t get lumpy because coffee doesn’t lump up like flour or something but what you might do instead is just make the coffee and add a couple of drops of the flavoring to that. That way if you ever need to use the plain coffee you will be able too.

Can’t wait to try the Cinnamon and Spice Coffee, sounds yummy. I’m still looking for a myo cream brulee coffee creamer. Tried caramel, just not the same.

Thank you so much for these recipes! I gave up my beloved vanilla creamers because of all the extra unhealthy ingredients. I feel better but miss them! These recipes couldn’t be more timely.

Is it possible that you might have a recipe for a Creme Browet coffe creamer. The liquid one is my absolute favorite.

It is pretty easy to make Laurie this is a general recipe that you can adapt to your tastes and is one of those things you can change most of the amounts to fit your own taste so feel free to add or take away on this one.

      Pumpkin Spice Creamer
1 cup of half and half – you can use milk or half milk and cream or something like that)
2 Tbsp. pumpkin puree (not pie filling that has already been seasoned)
1 tsp. pumpkin spice (here is our homemade version of Pumpkin spice if you would like that)
2 Tbsp. of brown sugar or maple syrup

Mix and warm all in saucepan or in microwave. Will store 5 days in fridge. All the ingredients can be adjusted to your taste.

I have a question about your coffee recipes. They call for using instant coffee. Then pouring hot water over. Could I make my coffee and then just add a tbsp of the recipe to my coffee? Thanks in advance !!
