Fruit Salsa Recipe

This fruit salsa recipe doesn’t have to be served with tortillas only. If it is too hot to bake, then serve with cinnamon graham crackers, as a side for grilled meat or topping for ice cream.

Fruit Salsa Recipe With Cinnamon Tortillas

6 cups (about) of fruit*
2 Tbsp. white sugar, to taste
3 Tbsp. brown sugar, to taste
2-3 Tbsp. fruit jam

Peel and/or core all of the fruit. Then dice into very small pieces. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Cover and chill the fruit salsa for at least 15 minutes.

Cinnamon Sugar Tortillas

10 tortillas, cut into wedges
butter, cooking spray or oil
1/2 cup sugar
2-3 tsp. cinnamon

You can bake these tortillas by brushing with with melted butter or spray with cooking spray. Mix sugar and cinnamon then sprinkle on shells. Do both sides and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

I like to fry my tortillas. To fry them, drop in hot oil and fry on both sides until they’re golden. Remove from the pan and lay on a paper towel. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mix. Serve with fruit salsa.
