Coconut Balls Recipe

This easy Coconut Balls Recipe is a tasty recipe for any holiday party or get-together! Besides the fact it is easy and tasty, this recipe is perfect for winter holidays and parties. They look like snowballs and with the movie Frozen being so popular, they are perfect to serve at a “Frozen” party. They are a cross between a cookie and a dip, and are gluten free, sugar free, egg free and nut free, so they will fit into many different diets!

Coconut Balls Recipe

1 pkg.  (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 can (8 oz.) or about a cup of crushed pineapple, drained
2 1/2 cup flaked coconut

Beat cream cheese and pineapple. Chill for 30 minutes. Roll in 1 inch balls then roll in coconut. Chill 6 hours or over night.

Thank you for this recipe. I need to bring something to a get together and just made this. I decided to turn it into a dip, though, so I combined everything and will serve it with ginger snaps. Yum!

I must confess, I did add a tad of sugar to mine, but they turned out amazing!
