Chocolate Lava Cake Recipe (Hot Fudge Cake)

Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour

3/4 cup sugar

2 Tbsp. cocoa

2 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 cup milk

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 cup nuts, optional

Topping

3 Tbsp. cocoa

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup hot water

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix all the ingredients.
Pour into a buttered deep casserole dish.
Mix the cocoa and sugar for the topping.
Sprinkle on top of the batter.
Pour hot water over the top and bake 30-35 minutes.

This has a delicious fudge sauce in the center when baked.
