That’s my bologna, regardless of its name. We cut 4 slits in the it at 0, 90, 180 and 270 degrees to prevent it from curling up when fry it. Fry one side, flip in over and add cheese. Served on toast with lots of ketchup. Yummy.

I so loved bologna as a kid–fried, or in a sandwich with cheese and mustard.
I have just recently had a “hankerin'” for it again. Just may try this!
