This easy baking mix pancakes recipe makes delicious pancakes in just minutes with our baking mix, bisquick or your favorite baking mix recipe.
Baking Mix Pancakes Recipe
2 1/4 cups baking mix
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
Mix ingredients until moist. The batter should be lumpy. Cook on a hot greased griddle. Flip when bubbles break on the surface and the edges begin to dry. Makes 15-18 medium pancakes.

The thing is Toni that the recipes in our book are so easy and simple that you can use them for 2 or 10. There aren’t a ton of ingredients in most recipes and they are very easy to cut in half or double for which ever you need. I think that is why are cookbooks are so popular because they are basic stuff that anyone can use beginner or experienced cook.
