20 Oreo cookies
1/3 cup Nutella
Dipping chocolate
Instructions
- Cover a 9×13 inch cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the Oreos into a food processor and pulse until they become coarse crumbs.
- Add the Nutella and pulse until the mixture comes together.
- Using a melon baller or small scoop, scoop out the mixture and place each scoop on the cookie sheet.
- Roll each scoop into a ball shape.
- Melt the dipping chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring between each 30 seconds, until smooth. Do NOT overcook.
- Dip each ball into the chocolate and place on the cookie sheet.
- Let the truffles set at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
