Ingredients
1 (12-oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8-oz.) container Cool Whip (thawed)
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring each time until smooth.
Stir in the powdered sugar until well combined.
Mix in the Cool Whip. (Use an electric mixer if it seems thick.)
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
Cut into squares.
Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to 1 week or freeze up to 2 months.
