vanilla wafer cookies

Here’s a fun and easy little cookie treat. You can’t make them too far ahead of time but they would make a great after school treat!

Banilla Wafers Recipe

Ingredients

Mini vanilla wafers
bananas
peanut butter
sprinkles

Spread 2 wafers with peanut butter add a banana slice to make a mini sandwich. Roll edges in sprinkles.

  • Use different colored sprinkles for different seasons or holidays.
  • You can use Nutella in place of peanut butter and crushed nuts in place of sprinkles.

These cookies sound good. I know that just peanut butter between vanilla wafers is good too.
