Got leftover cookies, angel food cake, pound cake or brownies? Turn them into this easy Sundae Pie for a fun frozen dessert that’s loaded with ice cream, chocolate, butterscotch, and strawberry swirls in every bite!

Ingredients

2–3 cups crumbled leftover cookies, angel food cake, pound cake, or brownies
1 quart vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
1/4 cup strawberry jam
2–3 Tbsp. chocolate ice cream topping
2–3 Tbsp. butterscotch ice cream topping

Instructions

  1. Crumble leftover cookies, angel food cake, pound cake or brownies evenly in the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. Spoon the softened ice cream over the crumbs and spread into an even layer.
  3. Warm the strawberry jam slightly, if needed, and spread a thin layer over the ice cream.
  4. Drizzle the chocolate and butterscotch toppings over the jam.
  5. Use a knife to gently swirl the toppings, if desired.
  6. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  7. Slice and serve straight from the freezer.
