1 lb. bacon, diced
1 onion, chopped
6 large eggs, lightly beaten
4 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
1½ cups cottage cheese
1¼ cups Swiss cheese, shredded
